“The starting point of the 400 m² project was the view of the corner lot with a slope of 7 meters high. To take advantage of this topography, we created an astonishing façade, with a double-height entrance portico diagonally across the corner. We concentrate the entire social and social area facing the back of the land. Thus, the living room integrated with the kitchen communicates with the balcony and gourmet area, from where residents enjoy the sunset.”
